Microsoft wanted to bring its online technical support site out from the shadows of the Microsoft store and into the limelight. It needed a design that was both welcoming and easy for customers to find the help they needed, quickly. The design also had to adhere to Microsoft’s new “metro” style. I helped design an experience that was clean and friendly and that had clear and strong calls to action.
